Embroidery badge production refers to embroidery the logo or pattern on the cloth through the computer through the embroidery machine, and then carry out a series of cutting and modification on the cloth, and finally make a cloth badge with embroidery, that is, embroidery badge.
In the production of various badges, embroidered badges are also an important kind. They are widely used in various casual clothes, hats (HAT badges), shoulder badges (shoulder badges), etc. they are one of the badges with large production volume. The production of embroidered badges can be customized according to samples or drawings. Mainly through scanning, drawing (if it is customized according to the drawing, these two steps are omitted), plate printing, electric embroidery, gluing (mainly soft glue, hard glue and self-adhesive), edge cutting, edge burning (edge wrapping), product inspection, packaging and other procedures.
1. First, design the drawings according to the samples and the ideas of customers. For the reproduction of embroidery, the first draft does not need to be as correct as the finished product. We just need to know the idea or sketch, color and size. Unlike the production of anniversary badges and commemorative coins, it needs to be redrawn so that it can be copied. We say "redrawing" because you dont have to embroider what you might paint. However, people with certain embroidery functions are needed to copy.
2. After the customer confirms the design and color, enlarge the design pattern into a 6-fold technical drawing, and print the version of the guiding embroidery machine according to the enlarged drawing. The Lofter should have the skills of artists and graphic designers. The stitching method on the drawing indicates the type and color of the thread used, and some requirements put forward by the printer should be considered at the same time.
3. Secondly, the printer uses a special machine or computer to print patterns. From paper tape to disc, today, all kinds of printing tape can be easily converted into any other format no matter what format it was before. Only those experienced designers can be used as important factors in this stage. People can verify the printing belt by various means. For example, on the shuttle machine, with a proofing machine that can make samples, the printing master can keep watching the embroidery being embroidered. When using a computer, samples can be made only after the pattern belt is tested and cut on the prototype.
