Reactive printing, as the name implies, means that our printing dyes are processed with reactive printing and dyeing. The fabric of reactive printing has bright color, good color fastness and soft hand feel. It can be washed frequently and will not fade. It is as new as new after long use. Reactive dyes are also called reactive dyes. It contains active genes that can react with fiber molecules. In the process of dyeing and printing, the reactive genes of dyes are combined with fiber molecules to form a whole between dyes and fibers.   Reactive printing: printing formed by infiltrating reactive dyes into fabrics! Generally, reactive printing and dyeing can ensure environmental protection and is harmless to people. It has a good hand feel and will not feel hard and soft. Of course, the cost is much higher than that of coating printing and dyeing.
Discharge printing is also called engraving printing and discharge printing. "Achromatic" refers to the process of producing a "achromatic" pattern on a printed or dyed fabric. When printing, first print the color paste containing the base color that can destroy the base color on the base color fabric, and then dry it and print with the fancy dyes containing discharge agent or both. During post-treatment, the bottom color dye at the printing place is destroyed and faded to form a white pattern on the color bottom or a color pattern formed by dyeing with fancy dyes, also known as color pulling or color pulling. With the help of reducing agent and oxidant, it destroys the background color of colored fabric to obtain local achromatic or colored patterns. Due to different fabrics, the chemical discharge agents selected are also different. Discharge printing can be used not only for cloth, but also for finished clothing. (e.g. jeans)
